Hotels
There are many hotels located about 25-30 minutes from the Cardinal Center. We have coordinated with a few of the closer options to offer our sponsors and shooters a group rate.
Manufacturer Tents / Booths
All sponsors will have a dedicated 10×10 tent (includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and signage with your logo on your tent). You are responsible for bringing any display product, tablecloths, etc. for your booth.
Demo Range
Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship levels will have their own 25 yard demo bay to feature product (next to the benchrest / gunslynger range). You are responsible for bringing your product, we will provide air, ammo and standard targets. We will also have techs on site to assist.
Staffing Hours
Below is a guideline as to what we recommend, from a staffing perspective, to get the most out of your sponsorship of the Pyramyd Air Cup. We understand that some of you may be short handed, so we will have staff to help out however we can, please let us know if you need our help.

Prizes / Donations / Demo Range / Booth Products
We prefer you ship all demo range products, display products, prize donations, and anything you will need for your company direct to Cardinal Shooting Center by July 24th, 2026. Please clearly mark your manufacturer name on the packaging:

Goodie Bag Items
We will be handing out goodie bags to the competitors upon check in. If there is any literature you would like to include, please send direct to Pyramyd Air (Attn: Emily Phillippi) and we will get those included. Please send us items no later than July 24th, 2026.

Demo Bay Pics
Dedicated demo bays will include standard targets, as well as a table and 2 chairs. The bays are 40′ wide x 70′ long.
